QNAX's Acceptable Use Policy
The AUP sets out, in plain terms, the rules for using QNAX infrastructure: the customer is responsible for operating their environment and may not use the infrastructure for illegal or abusive activity, or activity that compromises network stability.
A usage policy that protects the network, customers and operational reputation
QNAX's AUP sets clear limits for using our cloud, bare metal, network and related infrastructure services. It exists to protect the technical integrity of the environment, reduce legal risk and ensure that one customer's operation doesn't degrade or compromise another's.
Scope: all services provided by QNAX, including VPS, Cloud Servers, Cloud Trader, Dedicated Servers, network, IPs and additional resources.
Applies to: active contracts, use of the infrastructure and compliance with the applicable commercial and legal terms.

Customer responsibility
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using the infrastructure provided by QNAX Serviços e Infraestrutura de Data Center LTDA. Using the services implies full acceptance of this policy.
The customer is responsible for all activity carried out on their infrastructure, including hosted content, installed applications, generated traffic and end-user activity.
Prohibited activities
It is prohibited to use QNAX services for digital crimes, cyberattacks, distribution of malicious software, spam and illegal content.
- Electronic fraud, digital scams, phishing, card cloning and fraudulent social engineering.
- DDoS, botnets, vulnerability exploitation and massive network scanning.
- Malware, viruses, ransomware, trojans and any form of malicious distribution.
- Mass sending of unsolicited email.
- Child pornography, sexual exploitation or content prohibited by applicable law.
Infrastructure abuse
It is not permitted to use the services in a way that compromises network stability, causes degradation of service for other users, or generates abusive or malicious traffic.
Measures in case of abuse
When identifying activity that violates this policy, QNAX follows this sequence (except in severe or illegal cases, where suspension may occur immediately, without the steps below):
- Notification to the customer about the identified violation.
- Up to 24 hours to correct the issue.
- Temporary suspension of services if the correction does not occur within the deadline.
- Account cancellation in case of repeat violations or non-compliance.
Cooperation with authorities
QNAX may cooperate with competent authorities on investigations related to the use of its infrastructure. This may include preserving records, blocking services and providing data as required by applicable law.
Liability and indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold QNAX harmless from any liability arising from misuse of the infrastructure, violation of laws or damages caused to third parties.
Changes to this policy
This Acceptable Use Policy may be updated at any time. The current version is always published on QNAX's official channels.
