1. What contract terms and discounts are available?
Month-to-month with no lock-in. To save: 20% off on a 12-month contract and 25% off on prepaid annual billing.
2. Can I start monthly and switch to a contract later?
Yes. You can start on the monthly plan and later switch to a 12-month contract or annual payment to apply the discounts.
3. Where are the servers physically located?
All servers are hosted in Tier III data centers in São Paulo (Equinix and Ascenty), with low latency to Brazil and high redundancy.
4. How long does activation take?
Since this is bare metal, there is a physical provisioning process. The average turnaround is 4 to 24 business hours after confirmation.
5. Do I get Root/Administrator access?
Yes. Delivered with Root (Linux) or Administrator (Windows) access. This is a self-managed model: hardware and networking are on us, the OS and applications are on your team.
6. Is the link really unmetered?
Yes, for the 1G, 2G, 3G and 5G unmetered plans. On higher ports (10G/2x100G+) traffic terms may apply per the commercial proposal.
7. Is there Anti-DDoS protection?
Yes. Every plan includes standard Anti-DDoS mitigation for common volumetric L3/L4 attacks.
8. Can I upgrade RAM and disks later?
Yes. RAM, SSD/NVMe storage and uplink can be expanded based on technical availability and how your operation grows.
9. Which operating systems are available?
Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky), hypervisors (Proxmox, VMware ESXi) and Windows Server under your own license (BYOL) or contracted through us.
10. Can I get additional IPs?
Yes. Includes a fixed public IPv4 and IPv6 on request. Additional blocks can be arranged with technical justification.
